Morocco’s Royal Football Federation (FRMF) is implementing a modernization plan for the Botola Pro league, focusing on digital advancements. Six new digital tools are already in place, covering areas like dispute resolution, electronic archiving, financial commitment control, and insurance management. These improvements were presented to the FRMF’s executive committee in July. The plan, spanning 2022-2026, aims to enhance efficiency and transparency within the league. Currently under consideration is the implementation of a Fan ID system, potentially to improve stadium security and fan management. These changes signal a commitment to modernizing Moroccan football administration and operations. The initiatives are expected to contribute to the overall development and professionalization of the Botola Pro.
