Mongolia's largest national sports festival, the National Summer Games, will be held at Khui Doloon Khudag from July 29th to August 2nd. The games, organized by the Mongolian National Sports Committee, occur every four years and feature athletes from all 21 aimags (provinces) and nine districts. This year’s event follows the Winter National Games held in January at Khangait Ice Rink. Competitors will vie for championships in traditional Mongolian sports, building on the 13 sports featured in the previous Summer Games four years ago. New additions to the program include equestrian archery, wrestling on horseback, horse polo, and horse racing varieties. The games aim to showcase the strength and skill of Mongolian athletes in these historic disciplines.
