The autumn session of the State Great Hural (УИХ) of Mongolia commenced today with a plenary meeting on Friday. The agenda includes several draft laws for discussion and approval, including those related to the ratification of International Labour Organization (ILO) Conventions 81 and 129 concerning labor inspection in industry and agriculture. Also on the agenda are revisions to the Law on Public Procurement, the Law on Budget Stability, and amendments to the 2026 state budget law. Several draft laws concerning changes to the budgets of the National Wealth Fund, Social Insurance Fund, Health Insurance Fund, and the consolidated state budget framework for 2026-2028 are also scheduled for debate. The parliamentarians will also discuss subcommittee compositions as part of the session’s proceedings.
