Mongolia’s President, Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, presented State Honors to recognize significant contributions coinciding with national anniversaries marking 2235 years since the founding of the Mongolian state, 820 years since the Great Mongol Empire, and 115, 105, and 36 years since the restoration of national independence, the People’s Revolution, and the Democratic Revolution respectively. The awards acknowledged scholarly work on constitutional law by professors Danzangiin Lundejanchan and Chimediin Enkhbaatar, whose book elucidates fundamental principles of Mongolian law and promotes constitutionalism. Also honored were medical professionals Zunduin Lkhagvasuren, Tsedev-Ochiryn Temur-Ochir, Nachin Bayansanjav, Davaagiin Tseg eenjav, and Tserendorjiin Damdinsuren for innovations in cardiology and vascular surgery. Their work introduced modern techniques for heart surgery and vascular treatments, significantly improving patient outcomes and advancing medical science within Mongolia. The honors demonstrate the nation’s commitment to both legal and medical progress.
