Ten Mongolian judoka will participate in the International Judo Federation (IJF) Grand Prix in Hungary, set to take place from November 11th to 13th. The tournament anticipates 578 athletes from 74 countries, with the men’s 73kg category being the most competitive, attracting 68 competitors. Mongolia will be represented by six male and four female judoka. Notable athletes include world bronze medalist L.Ankhzayaa in the men’s 73kg division and Honored Master of Sport B.Baasanhuu in the women’s 48kg category, returning to competition after a break following the Olympics. B.Baasanhuu previously competed at Ulaanbaatar’s Grand Prix in June. The team hopes to showcase their skills on the international stage.
