Kh. Ninj-Erdene, a Mongolian education leader with extensive experience in English language education, shares insights into their career and the future of language learning. Having earned a Master’s degree in TESOL from the State University of New York as a Fulbright scholar, Ninj-Erdene has dedicated their career to teacher development and curriculum design. They are currently the Executive Director of Lingors Education, an organization focused on making language learning more accessible and effective through technology. Lingors aims to develop comprehensive learning solutions encompassing listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Ninj-Erdene is also the author of the EnglishPowered series and the children's picture book, "I Love My Family", and envisions building a complete educational ecosystem.
