Mongolia’s rapid response team held a meeting to update fuel supply and distribution efforts. Dashpurev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Mining, reported that 5,398 tons of A-92 gasoline were delivered and distributed within the last 24 hours. Of this, 664 tons were supplied to 88 gas stations in Ulaanbaatar, while 807 tons went to 77 stations in other provinces. Currently, another 2,520 tons of fuel are ready for unloading at railway depots, with consistent deliveries from China, Russia, and other sources secured for September. While queues in Ulaanbaatar have significantly decreased, particularly at stations selling Euro-5 gasoline, some lines remain at stations offering Euro-2. The distribution prioritizes A-92 gasoline (80%) for remote rural areas due to higher transportation costs, alongside a 20% share of Euro-5.
