A three-year-old girl, Nancy Aitana Isabella Ibarra, who went missing in San Luis province, Argentina, has been found. Authorities had issued a “Sofía Alert” – a system similar to an Amber Alert – to aid in the search after she was last seen playing in the front yard of her home.
