Norway’s Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen) reports unusually light traffic conditions today, particularly heading towards Oslo. Traffic operator Vegard Halvorsen stated that traffic from the west and south towards Oslo is “almost non-existent.” This is due to planned diversions in Oslo sentrum (Oslo city center) in connection with the state funeral of King Harald. The only reported congestion is at a roadblock near Lørenskog, where riksvei 159 (National Road 159) is closed with diversions onto riksvei 163 (Østre Aker vei) (National Road 163, Østre Aker Road).
