Sulemana Braimah, Executive Director of the Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA), is demanding the National Service Authority (NSA) halt its current capacity-building program for national service personnel. Braimah is further requesting a full refund of funds already deducted from service personnel allowances for the program. The MFWA director believes the program is unnecessary and places a financial burden on those participating. This call follows concerns regarding the value and relevance of the capacity-building initiative. The concern is centered around the deduction of funds for a program perceived as unhelpful. NASPA has not yet responded to the request for cancellation and reimbursement.
