A man in his 60s died on Thursday after falling into the water in Bindal, Trøndelag. Trøndelag Police District reported the incident and stated that next of kin have been notified. Investigations suggest the man slipped while walking towards the sea, hit himself, and subsequently fell into the water. Police confirmed there are no indications of criminal activity related to the death. Witnesses at the scene made significant efforts to pull the man from the water and administer first aid before emergency services arrived. Despite the rapid and life-saving attempts, the man could not be revived and was pronounced dead.
