The case originated from a complaint filed on May 22nd, 2026, by O. Touré, 27, who alleges Diallo secretly filmed her during a private encounter in March 2026. Touré was alerted to the video’s existence by a friend who described specific details of the scene. Diallo denies the accusations, but investigators reportedly found a video matching the description on his phone. The case is currently being examined by the Pikine-Guédiawaye court.
