A low pressure area (LPA) currently located east of Luzon is being monitored by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) with a “high chance” of developing into a tropical depression. As of today, the LPA remains outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. PAGASA is closely observing the system's intensification and movement, though specific details regarding its potential track and impact are not yet available. Should it develop into a tropical depression, it will be assigned a local name. Residents are advised to stay updated with the latest weather forecasts and advisories from PAGASA as the situation evolves. Further announcements regarding the LPA’s development and potential entry into the PAR will be issued as necessary. Continued monitoring is crucial given the potential for adverse weather conditions.
