The first round of summer admissions for Kyrgyz universities has seen a significant response from applicants. A total of 42,600 electronic applications were registered. Of these, 15,300 were for state-funded (budget) places, while 27,300 were for paid (contract) enrollment. The information was released via the “Abiturient Online” portal. This initial surge indicates high demand for higher education within Kyrgyzstan. The portal serves as a central hub for prospective students navigating the university admissions process. Further rounds of admissions are expected to follow as universities fill their available places.
