The Kiambu County Assembly’s Budget and Appropriations Committee has finished reviewing proposed budget estimates for the 2026/27 fiscal year. The review involved two days of hearings and submissions from chairpersons of sectoral committees and County Executive officials. These officials presented and defended their respective departmental budget proposals. The committee is now focused on compiling a final report detailing their findings and recommendations.
