National Ambassador for Human Rights and People with Disabilities, Philip Muge, speaking in Kericho, acknowledged the Kenyan government’s progress in creating opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs). He advocates for a more robust system to translate existing frameworks into tangible improvements in the lives of PWDs.
