Kazakhstan has resumed crude oil exports through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC). This follows the reopening of the marine terminal in Russia’s Novorossiysk Black Sea port, allowing CPC to restart accepting oil from shippers and resume loading operations. The Kazakh Energy Ministry announced the resumption on July 27th, confirming tanker loading is currently in progress. The CPC is a critical route for Kazakh oil to reach international markets. The disruption had previously halted significant oil flow from the country. This news signals a return to normal operations for a key component of Kazakhstan's energy sector and economy.
