Sindh province’s government has pledged to cover all medical expenses for those severely injured in the crash, directing payments to Aga Khan Hospital and South City Hospital. The health department has instructed both hospitals to submit bills directly to the government for treatment provided to identified patients. Provincial Health Minister Dr. Azra Pechuho affirmed that all affected individuals, including women and children, will receive comprehensive medical care.
