N.Önörtsentsэг allegedly acquired office space equivalent to multiple floors behind the Tax Authority. The total value of assets attributed to the owners of Eguur.mn and Zarig.mn is estimated at over one and three point seven billion tugriks respectively, potentially exceeding one million USD and multiple million USD. Properties include a building near the State Palace, apartments in Bayanzürkh district and Gerelüg neighborhood of Khan-Uul district, a pre-order in the Z-64 building, land along the Tuul River, and a residence in Zaisan, alongside a Lexus 600 vehicle.
