The National Board of Welfare for Families (Inabif) has established a new agreement to provide daily meals for 25 children and adolescents living on the streets of Lambayeque. This initiative aims to address food insecurity among the region's most vulnerable youth. During a visit to the area, the executive director of Inabif personally oversaw the implementation of the program. Additionally, the director inspected three local shelter centers to evaluate their current infrastructure. The goal of these visits was to verify that the quality of care meets established standards. This comprehensive approach combines immediate nutritional support with the supervision of residential facilities. The agreement marks a significant step in the regional effort to protect homeless minors.
