Air Algérie is expanding its presence in Africa and is preparing to serve Conakry, the capital of Guinea. This announcement was made by Guinean Minister of Transport, Ousmane Gaoual Diallo, on September 5th. Discussions are currently underway with both Air Algérie and EgyptAir to establish new flight routes. Guinea is relying on Air Algérie to contribute to the development of the airport in Conakry. This partnership signifies a commitment to enhancing air connectivity for Guinea. Further details regarding the new routes are expected to be announced following the completion of negotiations. The move builds upon Air Algérie’s recent expansion, following the launch of service to Libreville in June.
