ADMIE Holdings, the operator of the Greek electricity grid, has initiated the book-building process for a capital increase of €1 billion. Approximately €250 million will be offered to investors through the public offering, with shares priced below €4 each. The remaining €750 million of the capital increase is already secured through commitments from the Greek State and State Grid, a Chinese utility company. This move aims to strengthen ADMIE’s financial position and support investments in grid infrastructure. The capital injection is expected to facilitate modernization and expansion efforts within the Greek electricity network. The offering represents a significant opportunity for investors to participate in the development of Greece’s energy infrastructure. The successful completion of the capital increase is crucial for ADMIE’s long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.
