Greece’s Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has launched its system for submitting agricultural rights transfer applications for 2026. The system facilitates the transfer of agricultural entitlements between farmers. A key condition for receiving transferred rights is that the recipient farmer must be actively engaged in farming during the year of reinforcement. Applications must be submitted by September 15th. This measure aims to streamline the process of allocating agricultural subsidies and ensuring funds reach active participants in the farming sector.
