Ghana’s National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) and the Venture Capital Trust Fund (VCTF) have partnered to launch a new GH¢100 million fund, known as the Adwumawura Fund. The initiative aims to improve financial accessibility and provide essential business support services for entrepreneurs throughout the country. This collaboration formalizes a commitment to bolstering Ghana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and fostering innovation. The Adwumawura Fund will specifically target businesses needing capital to scale and grow their operations. Through this partnership, NEIP and VCTF seek to address critical funding gaps hindering the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The MoU signifies a strengthened dedication to job creation and economic development driven by the private sector. This fund is poised to impact various sectors and contribute to Ghana’s overall economic advancement.
