Ghana’s Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA) is providing support to farmers through the Feed Ghana Programme. As part of this initiative, 40,000 bags of inorganic fertilizer have been distributed to the Peasant Farmers Association of Ghana. Additionally, the ministry has supplied advanced agricultural drones to assist farmers. The goal of this intervention is to increase food production levels nationwide. This support aims to strengthen overall food security within the country. The provision of drones indicates a move towards modernizing agricultural practices in Ghana. MoFA anticipates these resources will significantly benefit local farmers and contribute to a more resilient food system.
