Elite forces in Bangladesh’s capital, Dhaka, apprehended 15 individuals, including two alleged top criminals from the Geneva Camp, following overnight raids. Those arrested include Mohammad Jahid Kaderi, known as Molla Jahid, and Ibrahim Sarkar, alias Rabbi, both identified as key figures in local terrorism and drug trafficking. During the operation, Rab-2 recovered a 7.65mm foreign pistol, a one-shooter gun, a magazine, five rounds of ammunition, two samurai swords, a machete, and a significant quantity of narcotics. Specifically, authorities seized 1,250 grams of heroin, 820 grams of gunpowder, and 1,500 pieces of yaba tablets. The raids targeted various areas of the capital as part of an ongoing effort to combat crime and drug-related activities. Further investigation is underway to determine the full extent of the group's operations and potential associates.
