A fugitive with a criminal history including aggravated robbery, weapons abuse, and threats was apprehended in San Isidro following a neighborhood alert. Police located the suspect at a construction site in the city center. This arrest marks the first operational use of Byrna non-lethal weapons by the San Isidro Municipal Patrol. The Byrna devices were recently incorporated into the patrol’s arsenal. Authorities acted on information received from local residents, leading to the successful capture.
