Finland is preparing to host the annual Suviseurat, a large-scale religious event, in Kauhava from June 26th to 29th. Organizers anticipate approximately 84,000 attendees, making it the largest spiritual gathering in the Nordic countries. Preparations, which began on May 1st, are nearing completion, with infrastructure like tents, dining areas, shops, showers, and electrical systems already in place. A large main tent is scheduled for erection shortly after the Midsummer holiday. The event will require substantial provisions, including a total of 140,000 liters of food and beverages. The Suviseurat relies heavily on volunteer efforts for its organization and execution.
