Director of the FBI, Kash Patel, announced his engagement to country singer Alexis Wilkins late Sunday evening. Wilkins, 27, shared a black-and-white photo with Patel, 46, on her social media displaying her engagement ring. Patel and Wilkins reportedly began dating prior to his appointment as FBI Director in 2025, and Wilkins attended his swearing-in ceremony. Wilkins, also a political commentator, released her debut album in 2023 and is known for collaborating with conservative political movements. Patel has faced criticism for allegedly misusing taxpayer funds for personal travel, including using FBI aircraft to attend a professional wrestling event in State College, Pennsylvania, where Wilkins performed the national anthem. She also performed at the “Great American State Fair” in Washington D.C., hosted by former President Donald Trump to celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence.
