Multinational forces from the European Union Force (EUFOR) are currently undertaking Exercise Quick Response 2026 across Bosnia and Herzegovina. The live-fire exercise involved coordinated training in Mostar and Rudo, focusing on rapid deployment and responsiveness to complex situations. Austrian engineers, military police, and a Greek Explosive Ordnance Disposal team participated in the drills, primarily at Mostar Airport. The exercise is designed to test EUFOR’s ability to work alongside local Bosnian authorities. Quick Response 2026 aims to enhance readiness and interoperability amongst participating nations. This continued activity reaffirms EUFOR’s commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment in BiH. The exercise demonstrates a proactive approach to potential challenges within the region.
