Selçuk Bayraktar, son-in-law of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and chairman of Baykar, a UAV producer, has again topped Turkey's list of individual income taxpayers. Data released by the Revenue Administration shows Bayraktar paid 2.99 billion Turkish lira – approximately $62.5 million – in income tax for 2025. This marks the fifth consecutive year he has held the top position. The news was reported by Turkish Minute on Thursday. Bayraktar’s company, Baykar, has gained prominence for its production of drones, including those utilized in various international conflicts. This sustained high ranking in income tax highlights the financial success generated by Baykar and its chairman.
