EP Manufacturing Bhd of Kuala Lumpur is collaborating with Hebei Shichang Auto Parts Co Ltd of China in a RM100 million investment. This investment will be used to establish a new facility dedicated to the production of fuel tanks. The primary customer for this facility will be Proton Holdings Bhd, a Malaysian automotive manufacturer. This partnership aims to strengthen the supply chain for Proton vehicles. The new plant will support Proton’s manufacturing needs with locally produced fuel tanks.
