Police recovered the partially decomposed body of 70-year-old Bali Khatun from her home in the Kedur Mor area of Rajshahi city on Sunday, October 11th. Three individuals, including a domestic worker, have been detained for questioning in connection with the death. According to police and local sources, Bali Khatun lived alone in her house. The discovery was made after a tenant, an intelligence agency official, repeatedly called out to her without response. Authorities were alerted, leading to the recovery of the body. It is reported that all of Bali Khatun’s children reside abroad. The investigation is currently underway to determine the circumstances surrounding her death.
