Dutch online property platform Funda is updating its website in September with new, more expensive listing packages for real estate agents. While basic listings remain free, Funda anticipates most agents will purchase packages to increase visibility for their properties. These packages – bronze, silver, and gold – range in price from €231 to €536 (excluding VAT), a significant increase from current rates. A key feature of the most expensive package is an AI-powered “virtual styler” which allows potential buyers to see properties virtually staged in different design styles, helping them visualize potential beyond current décor or condition. Other upgrades include larger ads, more photos, prioritized search results, and a map displaying property prices. Funda believes these changes will encourage quicker viewings and ultimately benefit both sellers and buyers. The company emphasizes the new packages offer substantially more value than the previous options.
