The platform performs complete report development, application configuration, and token management, resolving support tickets without additional costs beyond a platform fee. This allows customers to maintain their existing systems, security controls, and access protocols. Athena aims to significantly reduce expenses associated with ongoing system maintenance and support. The company states the agent handles end-to-end processes, offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional support models. Dayos launched the product from its base in Singapore.
