Dari Couspate has finalized the acquisition of the industrial assets of Grandes Semouleries du Maroc. The transaction was carried out through its subsidiary, Ardi Mills, for a total of 171 million dirhams. A key component of the acquisition is a semolina mill in Casablanca capable of processing 240 tonnes per day. This strategic move is designed to help the group better secure its supplies of durum wheat. By integrating these assets, the company aims to strengthen its industrial capacity. The deal marks a significant expansion for the group within the Moroccan agri-food sector. It ensures a stability of raw material procurement for future production.
