Danantara Indonesia, through its subsidiary PT Danantara Asset Management (DAM), has finalized the acquisition of four state-owned investment managers. The finalized Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) includes PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (MMI) and three other firms. This strategic move significantly expands Danantara’s presence in the Indonesian investment landscape. The acquisition consolidates the management of approximately Rp 170 trillion (roughly $11.2 billion USD) in assets. This deal positions Danantara as a major player in Indonesia’s growing financial sector, overseeing a substantial portfolio of state-owned investments. The company aims to enhance investment performance and contribute to national economic development through these newly acquired assets.
