The European Commission has disbursed €897 million (21.8 billion Czech crowns) to the Czech Republic as the sixth payment from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). This payment brings the total funds drawn down by the Czech Republic from its allocated €8.67 billion share of the RRF to 88 percent. The RRF is designed to support economies in recovery following recent challenges. This latest disbursement confirms the Commission’s assessment of the Czech Republic’s progress in meeting the agreed milestones and targets outlined in its national recovery plan. The funds are intended to bolster the Czech economy and enhance its resilience for the future. This significant financial injection will contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the Czech Republic. The European Commission continues to monitor the effective implementation of the RRF across member states.
