Twenty-one individuals are set to stand trial in the Czech Republic accused of manufacturing and distributing illegal drugs. Authorities allege the group imported hundreds of kilograms of pharmaceuticals and chemicals from Ukraine and Spain to be used in the production process. The state prosecutor, Jakub Kubias, confirmed the indictment, detailing the scale of the operation. If convicted, some defendants could face up to twelve years in prison. The investigation was conducted by Czech police, who uncovered the international sourcing of materials. The case represents a significant effort to dismantle a large-scale drug production network operating within the country. The trial date has not yet been announced.
