Fuel prices in the Czech Republic are increasing on the last day of state price regulation. The price of Natural 95 gasoline has risen by as much as one Czech koruna in some locations, while diesel saw even more significant increases. Prices are capped at 43.41 koruna per liter for gasoline and 42.13 koruna per liter for diesel over the weekend. This marks the end of a three-month period of government-controlled fuel costs. Starting Monday, gas stations will be free to set prices independently. The price hikes suggest potential increases are expected once regulations are fully lifted.
