The Czech Ministry of Culture will reopen state museums and galleries for free access one day each month. Beginning in September and continuing through the end of the year, fifteen out of twenty state-run collections and memorial institutions will offer free entry every first Sunday. The initiative, announced via Facebook, aims to increase public access to culture. The Ministry plans to continue this program in subsequent years. This move seeks to broaden engagement with the nation’s cultural heritage. Specific institutions participating were not immediately named in the announcement. The goal is to make cultural experiences more accessible to a wider audience.
