A dispute over the television broadcast rights of the film “The Conductor” has been resolved with a court-approved settlement. The Prague 4 District Court ratified the agreement reached by all parties involved in the lawsuit. The plaintiff, who initially sued the film’s producers, and the producers reached a compromise on all points of contention. Czech Television (ČT) confirmed the settlement, as did the plaintiff’s lawyer, Ivan David. The decision is final and not subject to appeal, officially ending the legal battle. The agreement details regarding broadcast rights were not disclosed.
