A Croatian investment fund, Provectus Capital Partners, has acquired a majority stake in Seatbelt Consulting, Romania’s leading provider of occupational health and safety (SSM) services. Provectus Capital Partners previously received funding from Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). The acquisition was announced Thursday in a press release to the StartupCafe community. Seatbelt Consulting holds a dominant position in the Romanian market for workplace safety and health services.
