A traffic collision involving two cars near Šárovcova Lhota in the Jičín district has left five people injured, including two children. Emergency services responded to the scene and extracted one individual from a severely damaged vehicle. That individual was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition by a medical helicopter. The extent of injuries to the other four individuals involved in the crash has not been disclosed. Firefighters and paramedics were both involved in the rescue and transport of the injured. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
