Farmers in West Bandung Regency, West Java, are finding new economic opportunities through corn cultivation. Previously unproductive land in Kanangasari Village, Cikalongwetan District, is now being used to grow hybrid corn. This shift represents a revitalization of livelihoods for local agricultural communities. The corn harvest is providing a new source of income for farmers who previously struggled with land that yielded little to no crops. The initiative demonstrates a potential solution for agricultural revitalization in the region. The success of this project could inspire similar efforts in other areas facing similar challenges with land productivity. This development highlights the importance of identifying alternative crops for economic sustainability in rural communities.
