A new AI tool, ChristGPT, has been developed by two Ugandans, Pius and Fred, currently based in Germany and Dubai, respectively. The project aims to serve as an “AI Bible Assistant,” providing users with knowledge and answers based on biblical text. ChristGPT is presented not simply as a chatbot, but as a reliable and authoritative source of information regarding scripture. The founders hope this initiative represents a positive application of artificial intelligence. This development arrives amidst increasing AI usage, particularly among young people seeking information. The project was first reported by The Observer Media Ltd. ChristGPT could potentially offer a novel way to engage with religious texts.
