A female doctor, Fauzia Mostofa, was injured when a running electric fan fell from the ceiling at the Raipur Upazila Health Complex in Lakshmipur. The incident occurred on Thursday, October 1st, while Dr. Mostofa was inside the hospital restroom. Fortunately, the fan did not directly hit her head, narrowly averting a potentially severe injury. Hospital sources confirmed Dr. Mostofa sustained injuries from the falling fan. The cause of the fan’s collapse is currently under investigation. She received immediate medical attention following the accident at the Lakshmipur hospital. Authorities are assessing the condition of other facilities within the Raipur Upazila Health Complex.
