Artist Théo Vallier’s upcoming exhibition, “Reflection,” draws inspiration from the transient beauty of Phnom Penh. The artwork is rooted in the city’s quickly disappearing reflections left by rain on its streets – the fading neon lights and drying puddles. Vallier found these fleeting moments to be a catalyst for a significant shift in his artistic style and focus. The exhibition, opening June 23rd, showcases this reinvention. It captures the ephemeral nature of urban landscapes and the beauty found within them. “Reflection” promises to offer viewers a unique perspective on the Cambodian capital through Vallier’s artistic lens. The show highlights the artist’s ability to find inspiration in everyday, often overlooked, occurrences.
