Construction is underway on the second phase of the Urban Park complex in Brno, Czech Republic, following the recent approval of building permits. Developer UDI Group estimates the cost of this phase at three billion Czech crowns. This follows the ongoing first phase, which includes 246 apartments and five commercial units currently being built along the Svitava embankment in the Husovice district. Once completed, the entire Urban Park project will comprise over 1,100 apartments, making it one of the largest development projects in the city. The expansion signals continued investment and growth in Brno’s housing market. This large-scale project aims to address housing needs and reshape the Husovice area.
