Firefighters in Brno, Czech Republic, responded to a blaze at a family home in Bystrc on Sunday evening, declaring a second-level fire alarm. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported as a result of the incident. Approximately twenty residents were safely evacuated from the building. Fire department spokesperson Štěpán Komosný reported to the Czech Press Agency (ČTK) that the property damage is expected to reach millions of Czech Koruna. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Emergency services successfully contained the fire and prevented it from spreading to neighboring structures.
